Having a special interest in the taxation of owner-managed businesses, I have successfully developed multiple pioneering tax solutions for our clients and am particularly adept at summarising complex tax legislation in a way that clients understand and able to find creative solutions to their problems.

I have been involved in successfully completing many complicated transactions for privately owned companies and groups with values ranging from £1m to £55m spanning multiple jurisdictions and continents.I believe in the longevity of client relationships and practice a hands-on approach to get to know each business from the inside out and to build strategic relationships with the business owners and their key staff.
